University FAQ’s and Answers

  • Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?  As this process is to submit sizing information and not an actual order then you will not receive an acknowledgement email. Provided you complete the questionnaire and see the final ‘Thank you’ message then your information will be have been received by our team.

  • How can I change my size?  Please email [email protected] with your change of size before the survey ends. Ensure you include your full name, University and course.

  • When is the deadline for the online surveyThe closing date for your course is included on the email instructions and on the questionnaire page.

  • Can I order additional uniforms?  Yes. There is an additional ‘Myshop’ link for you to order any extra uniforms. You should be able to find this on your university information platform. These will need to be paid for by yourself.

  • When will my uniforms be delivered? This will depend on when your placement begins. Details of when you will receive your uniform will be sent to you in due course.

  • Where will my uniforms be delivered?  Unless you are advised otherwise your University provided uniforms will be delivered to the University for distribution. Any additional private orders you make will be delivered to the address you provide on you order.

  • Am I able to modify the garments in anyway?  You can only alter the length of trousers. All garments have been designed for the purpose of the course you are attending.

  • What size should I order?  The garments are based on UK sizing. If you are in between sizes in some shops, please order the larger of the two sizes.

  • How should I wear my garments? These are robust and non-stretch garments, and you require plenty of movement for the working environment. If you are unsure of your size, please email us at [email protected]

  • Where do I find the uniform link?  This is on the instruction email you received, alternatively the University course office will also hold this information.

  • What happens if I completed the form more than once? We will take your last entry as your required sizes and delete the previous entries.

  • I accidently picked the wrong course on the uniform link?  Please email [email protected] and advise which university you are attending along with the correct course.

  • I have missed the deadline for my uniform size entry, what shall I do? This may delay your uniform delivery. Please contact the University as soon as possible to advise them of your sizes as this order will need to be placed separately.

  • Will I be able to try the uniforms on?  Once you have received your uniforms, please try them on as soon as possible. Please only try on one of each garment until you are sure they are correct. If you have a problem with your uniform once it arrives please contact the University as soon as possible.
