In Stock - we have this product, in your selected colour & size,  in stock at our UK warehouse. 

On Demand - these products are ordered ‘On Demand’ (once you've completed your order via the website). On Demand products are available, but not stocked in our UK warehouse and may be subject to extended lead times. Lead times vary depending on the supplier location. We try as best we can to keep to a minimum.

While stocks last - these are items that have limited availability. We may only have limited quantity, sizes or colours available in the garment style. Once sold out we will not replenish or restock this item. 

Made To Order - these are styles that can be made to your specification with alternative colours, fabrics and trims. To discuss this please contact a member of our team. 

Delivery Times

Our delivery times are based on the date we *despatch the item to you, not from when the order is placed.
 If the product is in stock at our UK warehouse, we aim to despatch within 1 working day of the order being placed (excluding weekends and UK Bank holidays. This also excludes orders with garment personalisation).

If the product is Available to order ‘On Demand’, we aim to despatch as soon as the stock arrives at our UK warehouse. This can be between 7-21days* depending on where the item is coming from. For items that require personalisation the despatch time will be extended up to a further 14 days.  You will receive delivery advice via your order acknowledgement.

If the product is Made to Order, please allow around 12 weeks – we will discuss this with you at time of ordering.

For Embroidered, Monogrammed and Printed products please allow an additional 14 days to the delivery (subject to the item being in stock).

The above lead times are for the UK Mainland only. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands may vary slightly.
