- • This promotion is offered by Grahame Gardner Ltd, Woodside House, 218 London Road, Leicester, LE2 1NE.
- • Only applicable to UK residents aged 18 or over.
- • The promotion starts 11/12/2020 and ends midnight 22/12/2020
- • The Grahame Gardner Ltd Festive Freebies Giveaway will run on our Facebook @grahamegardneruniform and Instagram @gguniforms pages only. Only entries made via these platforms will be valid.
- • This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
- • To be eligible to win entrants must be following and like the Grahame Gardner social accounts on the social platform in which they are entering. Entrants may also be required to follow other partner social accounts as set out in specific entry terms.
- • Entries are only valid if they follow the specific entry criteria set out for each prize in which they are entering as outlined on the relevant social post.
- • Entries will not be carried over to subsequent prizes/giveaways. A new entry will need to be made for each giveaway within the specific time frame and following the criteria set out for each prize.
- • We strongly discourage the use of multiple accounts on Instagram and Facebook and any entrants found to be using multiple accounts will be ineligible.
- • One winner will be selected at random each day of the promotion across all entries and both platforms (Facebook/ Instagram)
- • The choice of winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- • Prize images shown on social posts are for indication only.
- • All prizes are subject to availability. Garment style, size and colour may vary from those shown on the competition posts based on availability and winner requirements.
- • Personalisation/embellishments such as embroidery and monogramming are not included in this promotion and will incur costs chargeable to the recipient/winner if required.
- • Delivery of prizes will be arranged during wc 4th January 2021 unless otherwise communicated and discussed with the winners.
- • No purchase necessary, your statutory rights are not affected.
- • The prize[s] are non-transferable, not for sale/re-sale or redeemable for cash.
- • We will aim to notify winners via direct message with 48 hours.
- • Winner names will be shared on the Grahame Gardner Ltd social media pages, and may be used in marketing materials such as website and newsletters in relation to this promotion.
- • If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 48 hours of the initial notification, or cannot take up the prize, then Grahame Gardner Ltd reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and/or select another winner who meets the criteria set out above.

- • When you take part in promotions & competitions we may collect: Circumstantial personal data specific to the promotion format, for example you may be asked to make a comment or share some feedback. You may provide us with your personal details, including your full name, billing and shipping addresses, email addresses, phone numbers and date of birth and title, we will share these with a trusted courier in order that we can safely dispatch your prize, for more information on how we handle your personal data please review our privacy policy.
